Meet Our Doctor
Tina C. Lucas-Glass, M.D. started Alpha Eye Associates, L.L.C. in 1999. She practices under the belief that all patients should be treated with expertise, empathy, compassion and respect. Influenced by her mother, a registered nurse, Dr. Lucas-Glass believes that each patient should be treated as if they are the ONLY patient. Dr. Lucas-Glass was fortunate to receive excellent ophthalmology training from both Mayo Clinic (residency) and Wills Eye Hospital (fellowship). Dr. Lucas-Glass practices General Ophthalmology as well as specializing in Cornea and External Disease. Her hobbies include playing the piano, cooking new cuisine, reading (and watching) science fiction and writing. She has authored chapters in two ophthalmology books and is currently working on a book of her own.
